Site Management

Management of our sites in an efficient and safe manner is a priority. Full time site supervision is provided to ensure the highest standard of quality control and attention to detail. Employees and subcontractors are provided with a site induction prior to starting on the site, and the relevant insurances and Red Cards are checked. Job Safety Analysis are written and followed for tasks in accordance with statutory requirements. Sites are maintained in accordance with Green Living principals in regarding to recycling building materials, minimising waste, and controlling run off.
